1. Sorry, no facilities for pets.
2. If, due to unforseen circumstances, you are unable to arrive on the day or time arranged, please notify us immediately by telephone.
3. CANCELLATIONS:
A cancellation must be in writing, signed by the person who signed the booking form. More than 30 days before arrival-loss of deposit, 15-30 days - 50% of total cost. Less then 15 days 100% loss.
4. Management reserves the right of entry at any time for service or repairs.
5. If for whatever reason, the accommodation booked is not available, the liability of the company in no circumstances exceed a refund in excess of any amount received by the company.
6. The company will not except any liability for the person, or property of any person using the house.
7. The price on the enclosed tariff are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
8. Please vacate by 10.00am on day of departure. New arrivals should occupy the accommodation at 3.00pm on day of arrival.
9. Accommodation is inspected on departure, but the cleaning is the responsibility of the occupants. All bandages must be reported and paid for. Please leave the premises as you would hope to find them.
10. The number of people occupying the house shall not exceed the number stated on the Booking Form.
11. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from parties in our opinion and for whatever reason, are incompatible with the conception as a holiday home designed principally for families.
12. A list of the contents of each room are available within that room. Please ensure that it is there on arrival and departure.
13. Deposit:
£100.00 deposit is required with the booking form. The complete amount for the week / weeks in due 4 weeks prior to occupying.
14. Excess electricity, gas, oil and breakage's will be deducted from a good house keeping deposit of £75.00 payable on arrival.
